Shipping Policy
APS use UPS ground service to deliver your orders within the continental 48 states of the United States. Please refer to the flat rate table below to find the standard shipping fee for each category of products. In case you possess a UPS or FedEx account with better rates, kindly share your account information with our sales representative. Our team will follow your instructions and arrange the shipment through your account to help you save money. Moreover, we won't charge any administration fee for this service.
We provide warehousing services with same-day fulfillment for item is in stock.  For orders submitted by 11:30 am, shipping will be arranged on the same day. However, for orders submitted after 11:30 am, the shipment will be scheduled for the next business day.

Kindly note that our product delivery service is limited to the 48 states of the United States only and we do not ship to PO/FPO/APO box addresses. However, if your shipment destination is overseas, you can provide our team with your USPS shipping label and documentation, and we will assist you in arranging the shipment.
Once your order has been processed, the courier's system will send you an email containing the tracking number. If you haven't received any notification within 24 hours, please reach out to us at salesweb1@apsautoparts.com for further assistance.
Please be aware that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. If you place an order on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday, our team will arrange the shipment on the next business day.

Backorder
If the product you ordered is out of stock, our team will promptly notify you on the same day we arrange the shipment. Your order will be placed on our backorder list and we will arrange for a second shipment as soon as the item is back in stock. If you have any questions, need to cancel your order, or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our team at any time.

Order Cancellation and Address Change Request
If your customer wishes to cancel an order or modify the shipping address after it has been shipped, kindly notify our sales representative via email for assistance with rerouting the package or updating the address. Please note that according to the policies of UPS and FedEx, your account will be charged for any applicable rerouting and administrative fees.

Freight Claim
In the event that the package is lost or damaged during transit, kindly get in touch with an APS agent at your earliest convenience. This will enable our team to promptly handle your case and safeguard your interests.

Return Policy
To return any merchandise to APS, it is essential to obtain pre-approval with an RA number. Any returns that are made without approval or do not have the RA number mentioned on the package may not be accepted or may cause a delay in processing your refund request.
Kindly inform the customer to ensure that the product, hardware, and installation manual are enclosed in the original packaging and in pristine condition. Any damage such as bending, denting, scratching, or other defects will not be acceptable. This is crucial because we intend to resell the product to another customer, and it is imperative that the product is in an impeccable state. Failure to do so may result in difficulty obtaining a credit memo from our accounting manager.

In the event that the item(s) received is damaged, scratched, or in an unacceptable condition, our warehouse manager will retain the returned damaged item for a maximum of one month only. After this period, the item(s) will be disposed of or recycled. For instance, if the returned item was received on February 01, 2023, then March 01, 2023, will be the last day to keep it in our warehouse before being recycled. In such a case, we may be unable to provide any pictures if the customer requests them, and the Sales and Returns department may encounter difficulties in obtaining the credit memo(s). Therefore, APS recommends that customers send us an email to inquire about the returned conditions if they do not receive any updates on the return conditions within one week of the arrival of the returned item(s) to our warehouse.
